Handling around $8 billion in international trade during 2012/2013, port activity injects more than $266 million into the regional economy annually and supports 12,000 direct and indirect jobs. Port of Townsville Limited Chief Executive Officer Ms Ranee Crosby will talk about growth trade areas and infrastructure projects in the pipeline that will ensure the port is capable of meeting future demand growth.
